Return Policy

All watches and straps come with a french legal return policy. In the case of shipping, the time period begins when the parcel is signed for. In the case of delivery in person, the time period begins when the watch is collected by you.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email or phone to organise the return. Watches and straps must be returned in the exact same condition. In regards to straps, it must remain unworn. We will not accept returns once a strap has been used.  Warren's Watches will issue a refund within 7 working days of receiving the item back. We will thoroughly inspect each item in order to ensure it remains in the exact same condition.  We will not issue a refund on any watch beyond the french legal return period. All items shall be at the risk of the customer from the date of delivery of the goods.  Returns must be sent by the same method the watch was received with. All items returned must always be fully insured and paid for by you.  Refunds will only be considered once goods are safely in the possession of Warren's Watches and once a full inspection has taken place.
